Prizeflex™ Q&A: Product Owner, Matt Jones, speaks to OLBG

Push Gaming has launched PrizeFlex™, an innovative new jackpot engine. OLBG sat down with Product Owner Matt Jones for an insight into our fully customisable jackpot solution!

What is PrizeFlex™?

PrizeFlex™ is a revolutionary and customisable new jackpot solution that has been crafted and built in-house here at Push Gaming. It can be individually tailored by each partner so that jackpot experiences differ from site-to-site. Players can opt-in or out of a side bet jackpot option at any point when playing a game, giving them the chance to win multiple jackpot prizes.

Will it be available on all Push Gaming slots?

Yes, each individual operator will determine which games the jackpot is available on. What’s more, PrizeFlex™ can be integrated into any game or casino/gambling product, so you’ll definitely see this jackpot tied to games elsewhere, including sportsbook, bingo and poker.

Where will PrizeFlex™ jackpots be available to win?

The PrizeFlex™ Jackpot is currently live in four jurisdictions with LeoVegas, the United Kingdom, Malta, the Netherlands and Sweden. Players in Brazil are able to enjoy the jackpots via BetMGM and we expect to expand into more markets with new operators as the year progresses.

How does PrizeFlex™ affect the RTP rate? What % of the RTP will contribute to the jackpots?

Significantly, opting into the PrizeFlex™ Jackpot will not affect the RTP rate of the game you are playing, the jackpot engine won't impact the title at all.

How many jackpots can be won? And how?

As this jackpot is fully customisable it changes from casino to casino. Partners can run concurrent jackpots, creating multiple jackpot tiers with customisable hit rates. One day you might be playing for a Daily Jackpot, another day it's a Mega Jackpot!

What are the jackpot seed values?

The jackpot has a self-funding mechanism, which means contributions are split between the jackpot balance and reseed pot, ensuring sustainable growth

Will the jackpots be capped at a certain limit?

Each jackpot tier will have a maximum amount it can reach, this maximum can be set by the partner, so it may well vary from site to site.

Will the jackpots be specific to a casino or casino group? (i.e. local progressive jackpots)

A jackpot can be run across multiple brands owned by the same operator, however you will not find the same jackpot across multiple casinos that are not under the same umbrella. Meaning each instance of the PrizeFlex™ is unique.
